2.1. "Administrator" – Anna Miniewicz, conducting business under the name Anna Miniewicz – Kancelaria radcy prawnego, based in Brzeg (49-300), ul. Szkolna 13/11, NIP: 7471819677, REGON: 022083150.

3. DATA PROCESSING RELATED TO WEBSITE USE

3.1. The main legal sources governing the rights and obligations of entities processing personal data are:

3.1.1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR);

3.1.2. The Polish Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (as amended).

3.2. In order to provide services in line with the Administrator’s business profile, Users' personal data is processed for various purposes, always in accordance with the law. Data provision is voluntary but may be necessary to conclude or execute a service agreement.

3.3. The scope of data collected depends on the type of service provided.

3.4. For analytical purposes (analyzing user activity on the Website), we process:

3.8. For establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, we process:

  • name and surname,

  • residence address (if provided),

  • email address.

4. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

4.1. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn at any time.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. Inquiries submitted via the contact form are not assessed by automated systems.

7. DATA RECIPIENTS
